How Does The
Rotator Work?
The
Rotator uses its 4 rods to store various widths and types of
transfer tapes, lamination films, vinyls or whatever you want to use
in your shop. When you
are ready to apply the transfer tape to your weeded vinyl, simply
select the roll that you would like to use by removing the lock-pin.
This will release the spindle so that you can rotate to the desired
position on the Rotator and replace the lock-pin. Next you will pull
the transfer tape from the Rotator until your graphic is covered.
Finally, you will squeegee the tape onto your graphic and trim it
out.
There is no need to precut the transfer tape anymore. It is simple
and easy enough for any single person to operate without the need
for a second or third person to help you line everything up. The
friction of the transfer tape has plenty of force to help you mask
wrinkle/bubble-free graphics every time. The Rotator attaches to
your table using the included velcro strips. The weight of the
Rotator alone is enough to hold it into place without the use of
bulky clamping devices. This also allows you to remove the Rotator
and free up your table space when you need it for larger jobs. |
